On 01.01.2012 DanRevision Schwarzenbek Steuerberatungsgesellschaft KG led by Andreas Lier acquired the tax consultancy firm founded on 01.07.1983 by Hans-Heinrich Schoel, which he co-managed with Dr. Rainer Kelpe from 01.01.1997.

The firm specialises in business consultancy for owner-managed companies. With the motto “quality of life for entrepreneurs”, the firm offers support in entrepreneurial tasks and relieves entrepreneurs of tasks that fall outside their remit.

To fulfil this mandate, tax consultant Andreas Lier is also an accredited adviser for the initiative Offensive Mittelstand and a trained strategy and change management coach.
